Our products come from the Western Balkans.
The oak tree growing there features an outstanding
hardness and its wood is in high demand all over Europe.
Located in Northern Serbia, since 1993 our plant has been
producing solid oak floorboards exported primarily to the
EU member states.
In 2021 it started selling in Russia.

FLOOR FROM MASSIVE OAK
Solid oak floor covering is a high status, costly and reputable asset. This is a high-end product on the wooden floor market and its high price is absolutely justified.
The floor from high-quality wood will embellish the interior in any architectural style. It is always in the spotlight, be it a residential building, an office, a restaurant, a hotel, a mansion or a museum.
Thanks to its inherent properties, the solid oak covering causes, unlike any other material, an amazing kinesthetic sensation. Its noble beauty is unique in that the visual mass differs from other types of wooden floors. Taken together, this is the attractive magic of serenity, warmth, and comfort.
FLOOR FROM MASSIVE OAK
The technology of manufacturing floors from solid boards rules out the use of low-quality wood, glue, artificial resins and other chemical compounds. Respecting our customers and ourselves, we use, as a protective layer of our boards, the best European oils and water-based varnishes. Such floors are fully natural and completely harmless.
The observance of simple board laying regulations and the board protection against extreme mechanical and climatic impacts give an owner a life-time warranty on outstanding quality of solid oak floors.

PRODUCTION
The solid board production plant is located in Serbia, 50 km north-west of the capital, Belgrade. The manufacturing material is the Serbian oak tree and that imported from other countries of the region like Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The production cycle includes several stages: starting from sawing trunk to blanks, drying and sterilization and finishing with final milling, applying a protective layer and packaging. The use of modern West-European manufacturing equipment enables production of geometrically ideal boards which ensure premium class floors.
Following the European quality standards, the products have the CE certificate of conformity and the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) trademark, which gives a consumer a guaranty of the product origin from trusty sources. In doing our work, we pay due regard to forest conservation

DESCRIPTION
The solid board is made from a whole slab of oak wood. The 20 mm thick boards assure the wood’s resistance to deformation. The end faces and longitudinal sides have a mortise-and-tenon type of joint. All four facial sides are chamfered. The rear has longitudinal saw cuts that reduce internal stress of the material arising during temperature drop and increased humidity.
Applied as a surface protective coating is a natural wax oil or a water-based varnish from the best-known German and Denmark manufacturers.
Extra brushing is done if a customer desires. This is a mechanical surface treatment by special steel brushes that pick out soft fibers. As a result, the annual rings on wood become more discernible and the board surface looks more expressive

SELECTION
Depending on how the wood was sawed and in compliance with manufacturing specifications, the product is divided into three main classes:
“Select” – premium class products. These feature a homogeneous structure, allowing only minor deviations in color. Knots d≥ 10 mm, splint-wood, cracks, and other wood faults are not permitted.
“Nature” – medium class products. These look more expressive by admitting color deviations, d≤ 30 mm knots, splint-wood and even small cracks.
“Rustic” – lower class products, but the most interesting one for many as it enhances the natural properties of the oak thanks to its various textures

The specialty of buying a solid board is in that the order implies the supply of boards of different length, depending on a chosen length.
For example, in choosing 100-120 mm wide boards, the supplied board length is 500-1,200 mm. In choosing a 140-180 mm width, the supplied boards’ length is 500-2,000 mm. In both cases the ratio between short, medium and long boards in the batch will roughly vary within 25%-45%-30%.
The solid board is packed in polyethylene and wrapped up with a PET band. A pack contains roughly 1 m² of boards weighing around 15 kg

There are several regulations that must be born in mind during the floor laying.
To be done before laying:
– Complete all laying, concrete screed, painting and other wet works.
– The humidity of concrete screed on which the board will be laid should not exceed 6-10%.
– Clean the room from residual debris, dust and waste.
– The premises must have an air circulation system. In laying, the air temperature must be within 18-24С° with humidity from 40 to 60%.
– Before laying, the board must be unpacked and left for at least for 5 days for acclimatization. The surface the board lies on must be completely dry.
Laying
There are several techniques of laying solid wooden floorings. We recommend laying of solid boards on moisture resistant plywood. First, the plywood, 12 – 15 mm thick, is pasted on to the concrete screed, after which a solid board is pasted onto it.
Due to their natural properties, the solid boards are supplied in different lengths and can vary in coloring and texture. Before gluing the board, it is recommended to arrange several rows. Matching them, it is possible to reduce the number of cuttings and arrange them in a way one prefers.
